Toni has 20+ years of professional experience in software engineering, working with small, large and distributed teams. Big multinationals helped him understand the complexity of big projects, across countries, dealing with different nationalities and cultures, in different time zones and other issues that go way beyond the technical challenge. Small companies taught him how important it is to have a close relationship with clients and the flexibility of helping in every department. Toni have also started his own start-up and failed, learning the internal parts of a business and understanding what’s at stake.
