This presentation aims to explore the current trends and challenges of project management and leadership in order to better understand how these skills can be used to achieve successful project outcomes. It will discuss how successful leaders are able to create a productive working environment and drive results through effective communication and team collaboration. We will explore how effective project management is dependent on the qualities of the project leader, such as interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and decision making. This presentation will examine the role of effective project management strategies, organizational and personal leadership approaches, and the way that both can be used to facilitate successful project outcomes.

Data Trainer at OpenAI

I am currently working as a Data Trainer at OpenAI and as a Project Manager for another American based website development company. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics and MSc. in Information Security. I have managed several projects leading the first online learning platform in Albania while collaborating with the Ministry of Education and UNICEF. I have also managed an application developed by Vodafone Albania. I have completed an internship with Digital Product School, part of Technical University of Munich. I have been a lecturer in the framework of the project "Fostering youth development and employment through a cross-border digital entrepreneurship academy” funded by the European Union. I am passionate about artificial intelligence, leadership, project management, agile practices to delivering successful and impactful projects.
